Integrative Neuro-Postural Therapy Level 1 — understand and correct posture without manipulation

A full day to discover and practice the guided TNPI protocol: how the links between your various sensory tools (foot, eye, ear, jaw, viscera…) influence your posture, and how to correct them simply, without any manipulation.

Practical training, in a small group (maximum 8 places), at AST in Châble. Lunch not included.
